Outdoor cooking made easy
When we were brainstorming what equipment our Keiler trailer should have, it was already clear that we wanted an oven. We cook so many tasty and healthy dishes in the oven. But where would such an oven fit in addition to the gas hob, not to mention the weight? I remember seeing a round mould with a lid that apparently could be used for baking. And this is exactly our solution: Omnia®
Omnia® is a mobile oven without its own heat source. You can simply place it on a hob (except induction hobs) or another cooker and you have your own oven.
With the Omnia oven, I can prepare everything I would cook, heat and bake in a conventional oven on our adventure in life - now without a permanently installed appliance!
I'm happy every time I prepare something with my little oven. And it shows me once again that there are simpler and yet at least as good alternatives for many things that we know from our everyday lives and believe we wouldn't want to do without.
Whether colourful oven vegetables, gluten-free bread, savoury or sweet muffins, baked casseroles and much more - it's easy with the various inserts.
Proven, lightweight and space-saving
Popular for decades due to its simple design based on the principle of top and bottom heating, the Omnia® consists of 3 parts: a bowl-shaped base made of stainless steel, a baking tin and a lid, both made of aluminium. I also bought the Teflon-coated baking tin. I also like to use the silicone ring insert and the *Silicone mould for muffins. The matching *Bamboo coaster is very practical and we also use it as a cutting board. The baking rack, thermometer, tongs and ladle complete my set.
Everything placed inside each other in the *original, dimensionally accurate, robust box with zip fastener the Omnia® with its 25 cm diameter is space-saving, shock-proof and rattle-free when stowed in the Keiler trailer. And at just 0.5 kg, it doesn't weigh a thing.
